10. Our warranty covers stitching only and does not extend to fabrics or imported materials.
11. Please note, damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, extreme conditions, solvents, acids, water, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
12. Loss of components, accessories, or damage to finishes like powder coating, gold plating, frames, and channels is excluded from warranty coverage.
13. For damages not covered under warranty or beyond the warranty period, repairs can be arranged on a chargeable basis.
14. The warranty is limited to the value of the product.
15. We offer an exchange within 3 days for unused bags, provided they have the original price tag and cash memo; however, cash refunds are not available.
16. All disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pune courts.
